The Meridian Beach Homeowner's Society:

• Owns and maintains common facilities and collects a fee from every lot owner to pay for operations, maintenance and enhancement of the community's shared amenities.
• Will at a future date be responsible for reviewing plans for buildings to ensure they meet architectural guidelines.
• Enforces rules and regulations designed to enhance the enjoyment of the community by all residents.

The lot owners meet to elect an executive and manage the Society. Inshore has transferred to the Society the property rights that it had for the Crown License of Occupation covering the beach area and the canal entrance, the tennis courts, and the community hall. Fees are currently $1,000 annually as of 2024 and will be set by the Society based on expenses and the collective direction of all owners.
